The Directorate is accountable to the President of the College. It leads three core tasks i.e. Research, Knowledge & Technology Transfer and University-Industry Linkage. The Directorate plays a key role in guiding and shaping up the Research, University-Industry Linkages and Technology Transfer initiatives being carried out at the College level. The vision, mission and values of the directorate are to make sure that the vision, mission and values of the College are achieving.

The Directorate has an Incubation Center which has the responsibility in implementing multi-disciplinary community-oriented knowledge transfer in order to make life easier to the community. Each Graduate Program, Undergraduate Program and TVET Program has their own responsibility to support and work with the Directorate. 

The College holds an annual symposium under the theme “The Role of Higher Education Institutions (HEI’s) in Knowledge and Technology Transfer”, which allows 

participants to gain more knowledge or insight into the theme of the symposium. It provides an opportunity to get acquainted with a whole new concept of an existing subject or to learn something completely new.
